New Dawn organic skin and hair care products have received an amazing amount of very positive customer feedback. However, everyone's skin is unique and we can not be held responsible if your skin/scalp is intolerant to any of the ingredients listed or if this product does not work for you.

ALL OUR FORMULAS CONFORM to regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 of the European Parliament and of the council of 30 November 2009 on cosmetic products. Please make sure you follow our 'Instructions for best results' on the back of the leaflet you will receive with your order.

DISCLAIMER: I am not a doctor and none of the statements on this website have been evaluated by the FDA. Any products or techniques mentioned are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

 

Please be aware that some products may take anything up to 8 weeks of daily/twice daily use to show an improvement in your skin/scalp/hair condition. Also, it is worth noting that we have been told by some customers that while using our products their skin condition got worse before getting better. It seems that this is sometimes the case and may be due to the 'clearing out' process.

"website" refers to any of the websites owned and operated by New Dawn, including but not restricted to www.newdawnorganicskinandhaircare.co.uk, www.newdawnhandmadesoap.co.uk

"net order value" is the total value of the order after deduction of any discounts, deals or special offers but before the deduction of any vouchers issued by New Dawn.

The copyright to the contents of this website belongs to New Dawn. Users may download, view and print materials for their own personal, non-commercial use. The contents must not be used for commercial or business purposes without prior written permission from New Dawn.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

All orders for goods shall be subject to these terms and conditions. No variation of these terms and conditions shall apply unless agreed in writing by New Dawn. Should any product fail to meet our high standards it will be replaced immediately. This does not affect your statutory rights. Orders can only be accepted from customers who are 18 years or older. If you are under 18 years of age you are welcome to browse our website but regret that we are unable to accept any order from you.

PAYMENT

Payment for goods ordered can be made using any major credit or debit card via Paypal. Payment can also be made offline via bacs/bank transfer. If you missed our bank details during your transaction please do contact us to request them again.

In the event of payment being declined or delayed by your card issuer/bank New Dawn shall not be responsible for any costs or inconvenience caused by a subsequent delay in despatch.

 

DELIVERY METHODS - UK MAINLAND

In general orders are despatched via Royal Mail 1st class post on the day after payment is received, however at busy times and for large orders this may not be possible. Please therefore allow one week for delivery. 

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

 

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, all UK customers have the right to cancel orders placed through a website within seven working days of their receipt of the goods. However, New Dawn allows you 14 days in which to do this. UK residents wishing to cancel an order under these Regulations should return the goods to 23 Southgate Park, Spittal, Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire, SA62 5QQ, United Kingdom in their original packing and in their original condition.

New Dawn will not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to goods returned in this way until they are received at our above address, and we strongly recommend that returns are sent by Recorded Delivery or some other means of tracked delivery system.

Once we receive the goods in saleable condition, a refund for their cost will be made.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to New Dawn. Please note, we do not refund any carriage charges paid.

RETURN OF GOODS

 

New Dawn will refund any products if:

1. They were purchased direct from us within the last 14 days.
2. They are returned to us in their original, unopened and resaleable condition.
3. They are returned with your original invoice.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to New Dawn. Please note, we do not refund any carriage charges paid.
