Pembrokeshire Sugar Kelp

Our Sugar Kelp is sustainably grown by Câr-y-Môr in the waters around Pembrokeshire. Seaweed is valued in skincare and haircare for its conditioning qualities, making it a fitting ingredient for a bar designed for both skin and hair.

Sea Salt

A mineral-rich coastal ingredient that complements the Sugar Kelp and gives this bar its distinctive seaweed-and-sea-salt identity.

Organic Lemongrass Essential Oil

Lemongrass essential oil is loved for its fresh, citrusy fragrance, but there's more to this aromatic botanical than its uplifting scent.

Scientific research has explored its anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and antimicrobial properties. These are interesting areas of study, although findings from laboratory research don't necessarily mean the same effects occur when an essential oil is used in a rinse-off cleansing product.

In our bar, organic Lemongrass essential oil brings a bright, zesty fragrance to your daily cleansing routine, complementing the coastal character of our Pembrokeshire Sugar Kelp and Sea Salt.

As lemongrass essential oil is fragrant and may not suit every skin type, we recommend patch testing before first use, particularly if your skin or scalp is sensitive.

How to Use

For Skin

Wet the bar and your skin, then work up a gentle lather between your hands. Massage gently over your skin and leave on for at least two minutes before rinsing thoroughly. Avoid contact with the eyes.

As a Shampoo Bar

Wet your hair thoroughly and rub the bar directly onto your scalp. Massage gently with your fingertips for at least two minutes, then rinse thoroughly. Repeat for best results.

If you use conditioner, follow with our Lemongrass Hair Conditioner. Apply to the mid-lengths and ends, leave for at least two minutes, then rinse thoroughly.

After use, rinse the bar and leave it somewhere it can drain and dry between washes to help it last longer.

Patch test on a small area before first use, especially if your skin or scalp is sensitive. Stop using if irritation occurs.
