What is Tea Tree Hydrolat?

Tea Tree Hydrolat, also known as Tea Tree Floral Water, is produced during the steam distillation of organic Tea Tree essential oil. It contains the water-soluble botanical components of the plant and has a fresh, clean and naturally medicinal aroma.

How to use

Face: After cleansing, spritz directly onto the face or apply with a cotton pad as you would with a toning lotion, avoiding the eye area. Follow with your usual moisturiser or face oil.

Hair & scalp: Mist lightly through the hair and over the scalp as needed. Massage gently through and leave to dry.

After exercise: Spritz lightly over the face, neck and body after training or whenever you want to freshen up.

Body, room & linen: Spray lightly whenever you want a fresh botanical lift.

No – "Hydrolat" and "Hydrosol" are two names for the same thing: the aromatic floral water produced during steam distillation. Our Organic Tea Tree Hydrolat (also called Tea Tree Hydrosol or Tea Tree Water) uses both terms interchangeably.

What's the difference between Tea Tree Hydrolat and Tea Tree essential oil?
Tea Tree Hydrolat is a much gentler, water-based by-product of steam distillation, containing only trace amounts of essential oil. Unlike essential oils, it can be used directly on skin without diluting, making it a milder alternative for daily use.
