Sleep Aiding Lavender Essential Oil

Whoosh a few drops around in your bath or rub into the soles of your feet before bed. Known to reduce anxiety so carry it with you to inhale whenever you need it.

Stress Relieving Rose Geranium Light Cream

Massage into your hands and feet to rejuvenate skin, alleviate tension and signal to your body 'it's time to relax'.

Dead Sea Salt

To detoxify, clear your mind, soothe aching feet, relax and sleep well, dissolve 6-8 tbsp of sea salt in a bowl of warm water, soak your feet and relax for at least 20 minutes.  Contains 10 times more minerals than normal sea salt. Minerals that can assist in cleansing, detoxifying, and restoring a healthy status quo to the body, especially the skin and muscles.
